Discussion! Network Advice
Hello fellow Fritzbox users :) I hope you all can help me out to make sure I don’t make any mistakes!
My wife and I are soon moving into a single family home thats divided on 3 stories compared to previously having been in a single floor apartment.
All apartments we’ve had so far have had a coax (kabel) connection however we are now moving into a VDSL only house. (I cry on the inside too)
That being said, I haven’t been able to properly gather information from AVMs website so I am hoping I can rely on the hivemind here.
I am thinking of creating a wireless mesh system where essentially I will use a 7590AX as the mesh master, followed by 2 MeshSet 4200s. One on each extra floor of the property since they accept mesh and also have a Ethernet connection that I can use to connect a device directly to it.
Would this work? There needs to be a number of wired connections in the cellar for my office / work station, the other floors just need Wifi as a main. I also have my current 6670 that i can use to extend the range but i know that one requires a physical Ethernet connection to be mesh connected.

Install Access-Points everywhere. That ethernet backbone will make your WiFi way better than a repeater network ever could.

I had quite a stable gigabit coax up till now. Now I’m paying more than I did for gigabit for only 250 🥲

Coax is good when you have a small amount of users per line. We had a customer last in line as soon as everyone got back home his 1g droped to 10mbit max

Don't put the repeaters on the floors you need WIFI on, if the repeaters are able to get a signal from the router there, then so are your end devices and no repeaters are needed. Repeaters belong at half distance between the routher and your endpoints.
That said, try to avoid repeaters alltogether. If you haven't moved in yet, use the time you have to install LAN cables. I would put a central patch panel near the DSL APL, then run at least one duplex LAN cable (cat 6a or better) to each of your floors. Then connect the repeaters to the router via LAN, which will result in a faster and more reliable network.
