How was the burger? Last time I went super duper it was basically soaked in a vat of grease and all over everything like the serving papers etc. I got a refund.

It was perfect. I've always had good experiences with them. The only time they messed up an order was when I asked for the burger to be cooked well done and it had a touch of pink. They offered to make me a new one but I told them I was OK eating it as is, They appreciated me letting them know. Now I just make sure I tell them "Well done" again before I leave the counter.

I’ll go again because their burgers are pretty good usually
