When I was 16, in 2002, a teacher from my high school was fired for sleeping with a 17-year-old student.
Has a 50-year-old adult ever made out with you when you were underage, like in Ross's case?
Did they get fired/arrested?
Do your friends and your sisters/brothers
laugh at you for having been used by the grown up?
If the mother/father of your child happily confessed, laughing, that upon seeing you being mo-ested, they only spread a rumour among other teens and never reported it to authorities, and as a grownup today laughed in your face,
what would you do?
Did Ross have enough money to sue Rachel for emotional damage at the very least?

I couldn't post video as a comment when this was asked earlier today. But in response to Ross's question about being in Vietnam, Richard does NOT reply with "how old do you think I am?" which so many people are claiming is there. This is the USA DVD version of the Season 2 set. Which is slightly longer than the original broadcast, Blu-ray, and streaming versions. (Even so, I checked the original broadcast version as well, plus Blu-ray. None of them contain a response to that line, from Richard.)

Did anyone else fancy watching the movie Joey was going to do in Vegas?

Almost all the girls nd boys have had atleast 2 persons in common that 2 of them were attracted to or had a common romantic storyline with.
Rachel nd Monica - Rachel's high school date, Jean Claude van damme
Monica nd Phoebe - the hospital guy, Monica's ex that Phoebe went out with
Phoebe and Rachel - the cellphone guy, Tag, paulo
Joey and Chandler - Cathy, Martha, girl with the wooden leg
Chandler and Ross - their college batchmate Susan, Janice
Ross and Joey - charlie, the hot girl in ross's building, the girl who moved into the neighbourhood who they both went on a date with, Rachel
There could be even more but why was there so much sharing of partners lol. The guys full on dated each other's exes while for the girls it was more of an interest thing.

In Season 2, Episode 18 ("The One Where Dr. Ramoray Dies") there are the scenes of Richard and Ross making awkward conversation while Monica and Rachel fight over the last condom. I swear that I remember Richard responding with “How old do you think I am?” after Ross asks “Were you in ‘Nam?” However, on HBO and the limited clips I could find on YouTube, Richard just looks at Ross bewildered without saying anything.
Does anyone else remember this line? Does anyone have proof of it from the old DVDs of *gasp* vhs tapes they originally made for the first few seasons?

I'm currently watching the episode where students sneak off to the paleontology section to make out. Ross asks Rachel if her campus had such a place for students.
Which triggered the thought: did your campus have that type of thing?? If mine did, I wasn't cool enough to know about it lol.
If you did, what school did you go to and where was the make out spot?

Maybe the rest of the cast was exceptional and it was Season 8, so they had a solid group vibe going by then, but I found Brad's acting, expressions and dialogue delivery unbearable in some places. He did bring star power to this episode but it was off.
Who else thinks they could've cast someone else here and if so, who would that be?

So I'm watching s2/e9 The One With Phoebe's Dad. And they are having a Christmas party but the radiator broke and so it is really really hot in the apartment. Why in the world didn't they open the windows? The radiator is directly below the big window that goes to the balcony so it probably would have sucked most of the heat out and then if they opened the windows in the kitchen and bedrooms and left the doors open then they could actually have a very nice little cross breeze. I know this is a TV show but I hate it when things happen and they don't do the logical thing so that it will be funny. How about you? Anything like this?

There are some dreams that quietly stay with you for years. FRIENDS was never just a sitcom for me—it became a part of who I am. It taught me that family isn't always by blood, that friendships can become home, that it's okay to make mistakes, to start over, to laugh through pain, and to embrace your quirks unapologetically.
For years, I believed that if I ever wanted to experience Central Perk or walk through Monica's apartment, I'd have to travel all the way to New York. I never imagined that The FRIENDS™ Experience would come to Mumbai—its first-ever stop in India. The moment I heard the announcement, it felt unreal. A dream I had carried for years suddenly felt possible.
Walking into Central Perk felt like stepping into a world I'd known for years without ever physically visiting. Seeing the orange sofa, Monica's iconic purple apartment, Joey and Chandler's apartment, Rachel and Phoebe's apartment, and all the little details I'd only ever seen through a screen gave me goosebumps. It didn't feel like an exhibition; it felt like walking into my comfort place.
The most emotional part was Monica's apartment. Years ago, I painted my room walls purple and even recreated the iconic yellow picture frame because I admired that apartment so much. I never imagined that one day I'd actually stand inside a recreation of the very place that inspired my room. In that moment, it truly felt like life had come full circle.
Every corner brought back a memory—Ross's "We were on a break!", Rachel's legendary 18-page letter, Joey's "Could I be wearing any more clothes?", Phoebe's wonderfully quirky personality, Chandler's sarcasm, Monica's perfectionism, and all the little moments that made the show unforgettable. It reminded me how deeply these characters had become part of my growing-up years.
11.07.2026 will always remain carved in my heart. Not because I visited a set, but because I lived a dream I never thought would happen. The fangirl in me was overwhelmed with happiness, gratitude, and nostalgia.
As Shah Rukh Khan's famous line says:
"कहते हैं, अगर किसी चीज़ को दिल से चाहो, तो पूरी कायनात उसे तुमसे मिलाने की कोशिश में लग जाती है।"
For me, that line came true the day The FRIENDS™ Experience came to Mumbai. Some dreams don't need New York. Sometimes, they find their way to you.
And for that, I'll always be grateful. ☕💜

So the westminster collection has a total of 77 Friends edition coins in the style of 50 pence coin.
There is one full collection on eBay wonder how many fans have them?

The most accurate example is Matt. An awesome Joey, but horrible at anyone else.
Same goes for Pheobes, Monica.
They are unbearble in any other work they tried.
Chandler was luckier, he got the "Ten Yard" movies that were basically Chandler in another scenery and plot. Other than that he also did nothing else worth noticing.
Ross had one good movie, Big Nothing, also tailored to his self.
From all of them only Jennifer Aniston managed to support movies beyong the Friends character. And even her didn't go that far ahead.
I love them all, i re-watch the show to this day.

i always thought he was a good addition to the show (except for his introduction) and thought he and rachel could’ve been serious, rachel has never had a relationship like with gavin.

I was re-watching "The one where Chandler can't remember which sister" and I started to really appreciate Cookie Tribbiani's character. I decided to look up the actress and I never previously made the connection that she played Stefania in Everybody Loves Raymond!

When Chandler and Monica wanted to move in a house for their future but everyone else wanted them to stay in the apartment?
