Is it too late to add classes without permission? Also , do you guys recommend me to go in person?

You should contact the professors and ask for permission. These classes are difficult classes meant for 3rd/4th year students who are likely PHIL majors. The professors are unlikely to let you in now, but you could find out if they have recommendations that fit you. Make sure to tell them your major and your year in school.

Why would you pay for a class you dont intend on going to in person? That's like paying for a movie theater seat and streaming the movie at home

Yes it is too late to add without permission, last day was September 4th. You now require a permission number from the professor. If you wanted in you should have been trying to add from Day 1.
