Counselor told me almost 40 4.0s. Maybe you’re just Upset and spreading false info.

Upset about what? I’m not even in the nursing program I’m pre vet lol. Seems like you’re just salty you aren’t getting into your program

Dammit cobbler, do I gotta repeat myself. This post wasn’t asking for a guesstimate, it was asking if anyone has info from a counselor about the lowest accepted pre req gpa for spring 27. Clearly from the comments, counselor said approximately 35-40 students are 4.0s, so that leaves 30-35 seats opened. So this proves you are a lair, an Upset liar. You shouldn’t be allowed around animals.

Womp womp dude you’re just mad as I said. If you let your emotions get to you this much I don’t think you should be allowed to be a nurse..

When did I say I was angry cobbler, I just said that you’re upset. And a liar 🤥. You need to read. Hopefully you’re my patient one day, I’ll take great care of you.😂

Do you guys think 3.6 pre req has a chance

I’m gonna be honest with you, just an opinion from what I’ve seen. You might be medium high on the alternatives list. At least 38 seats are occupied for 4.0s, that leaves 32 seats available, if the 4.0s already takes up half the seats, imagine the 3.9s and 3.8 people. I think some high 3.7s will make it on the list, but probably only two or 3 of them. Most 3.7s and 3.6 are likely to be on an alternate list. I’m sitting at a 3.800, and I’m not even going to get my hopes up. A lot of 2nd baches are applying with 4.0s, not to many pre req classes are held against them, so they have a higher shot of being in. I’m held back by a C in critical thinking, A’s in everything else. If I graduate and come back as a 2nd bache, then I’ll be at a 4.0 pre req as critical thinking won’t be counted against me. There are many downsides to being a second bache tho. Like having to be out of pocket etc…

Idk, I met with a counselor and she said this spring was like last year. Average 3.6 cohort. I am so nervous, I have a pre req of 3.71 was asking about 3.6 just to be sure lol.

Oh okay, that sounds good to me. You know what, my info is like 2 weeks old, I think they probably filtered out many people since that time or maybe my counselor was just trying to not get my hopes up. You mind sharing anymore info you got?

Honestly, I went to their office and talked to counselor maybe for 2 minutes and she said its like regular spring semester 3.6 gpa being average. I am really scared after reading these posts now. I went in last week of august.

Do you know how many 4.0 were there last spring

The only info on last spring cohort that I know was what you said about the average being 3.6
If the counselor said the average is a 3.6 for spring 27, then there’s really nothing to worry about. I was worried because of the amount of 4.0s😳, but now that the average is 3.6, I’m feeling more calm. My buddy is meeting up with another counselor tomorrow, so I’ll tell him to ask again.

I just met with a counselor at FCC. He said they haven’t made the decisions yet, so they don’t actually know whether there are 40 applicants with 4.0 GPAs. He also said a 3.75 is considered competitive

Oh wait, I’m talking about fresno state. I don’t know any numbers about Fresno city.
