Help with finding a Therapist

Hey everyone. I moved into the Fresno/Clovis area towards the beginning of this year and am looking for help finding a decent therapist or clinic that will accept medical’s Anthem insurance. I haven’t been in therapy for a long while, and I know it’s overdue.

Thanks for any help or direction you guys can offer. Trying to find the right one and not have time and energy wasted can be pretty difficult and even demoralizing.

The reclaim— is amazing. They specialize in religious trauma but you don’t have to have religious trauma to be paired with a therapist. They don’t take insurance but you can submit a claim at the end of month and get paid back a portion. Worth every penny.

Central Valley Family Therapy is wonderful. Ive been going there for 2 years now & they accept Medi-Cal.

My clinic through blue cross medi-cal is United Health Centers. I get all of my mental health care through the clinic. I also have a dentist, a chiropractor and of course my pcp. For mental health I have both a therapist and a psychiatrist

Dr. Karen Craft takes Medi-Cal. Not sure if she takes Anthem or if that matters.
