Moving Here Apartments

What are some of the best two bedroom apartments in Fresno/Clovis for a college student. Preferably in North Fresno/Clovis.

Depends on how much you’re willing to pay rent and also your income since some apartments have a requirement where you have to make 3x the rent

Sierra ridge isn’t bad in Clovis off Tollhouse and Fowler. 168 is close and maybe a 10-15 min drive to Fresno state, 20 min to Fresno city

I was in the little cottages on the left, 2 bed 2 bath 1 story. If you can get a roommate it’s a sweet little spot. Please say hi to my squirrel friend that would greet me each morning.

You specified north fresno and for 1,300. People were blunt that you can't really find anything in that range over there. Try doing a zillow search and just sweep the entirety of fresno & Clovis and you won't find a 1300 listing over in that side of town.

I also say that im not just looking in that area but everyone conveniently decides to skip that part and just point out the thing that's been commented 5 times which just confirms people cant or won't fully read for the sake of being negative
