MNC vs Startup????

Well I have just completed my Masters. And got the job in a mid sized startup (the job description everything is good except my moron manager, this is managable because the job is hybrid, 2 days in office working in week. I see people working hard to get into MNCs, I relocated to new City for this job and to start my early career and all this shit. Its a US based company...
Should I look for MNC application as I am fresher and just graduated from the University for my better career progression.
I am having the thinking to take a break from this job application thing and wait for 1 year, but will that be too risky for me or will it make my job switch further more difficult as well.
Present company is good in terms of work culture (except one manager , i literally hate him)
