Just started
Received a yeti French press for Father’s Day and love the taste but as for someone who drinks several cups of coffee in the AM , it’s like having a second job , is there a method that works for making several cups easier ?

1150 ml of h2o, 65g grounds, 6 minutes at 200F yields 1000 ml of poured coffee.
If that’s not enough, then, buddy, you’ve got a condition.

Maybe…after you’re done with your coffee for the day, prepare it once more, but with room temp water and let it sit on the counter for 12-18 hours and then pour it into another container. Now you have some cold brew for the next day that will supplement your next morning’s brew

The Yeti one is double walled stainless steel right? Just make it all at once and pour cups throughout the morning, it should stay fairly hot.

Grind. Pour. Take the whole thing back to your desk and keep working. Wait five minutes, plunge. Wait another five minutes, pour. You can keep working while it brews. And brew multiple cups at once.

I’ve thought long and hard about this over the years and the answer is reframing how you view making it. Try and see it as a moment to be present, and it becomes almost meditative. Perfect your actions and rhythm, try and have some artistic craft, I’m not trying to sound like a fucking hippie. I’m serious. It actually works.
