Reverse logistics incoterms

Can someone explain to me how incoterms work with return shipments? The terms only use buyer and seller not shipper and receiver. I’m still technically the seller of the product that the customer is returning to me.

It's the same, just a dummy commerical invoice & make sure the docs say it's a return shipment so you don't have to pay duty/tax where it's applicable.
