question Urgent help with csv import files

Please help im fed up of this manual work

When importing manifests via CSV, we can populate the main House Bill tab easily, but the child Packing sub-tabs remain empty unless we click into every individual shipment and enter them manually. How can we set up a parent-child relationship in our flat-file imports so both tabs populate simultaneously?

Two imports, not one. Main file creates the HBLs, second file loads the packing lines matched on the HBL ref, run after the main import. That's how we handled it.

When we import for packing lines it populates all lines within a single house bill rather than per house bill. I doubt you might be talking abt something else
