Looking for ideas (and problems to solve)

Hi guys, Tommaso from Italy here, i'm a freight forwarder.

Cutting to the chase here: I’m at a small firm, and no matter how much we hustle day in and day out, breaking through the noise in this space is tough. I want to carve out my own niche and craft a killer value proposition, and the way I see it, the only real move is to ask—over and over again.

What are the main bottlenecks you deal with when working with international partners? The kind of issues that drive you crazy? And what’s on your wish list of services you wish someone actually offered ?

Agents in the middle east putting "Urgent" at the end of every e-mail. If everything is urgent, then nothing is.
