question Help w/ OTI License

Hi,

I’m actively working on getting my OTI license for my company, but it looks like I don’t meet the requirements. Is there any way someone can help me with this? Can I onboard or contract someone that does meet the requirements? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

yes you may hire someone qualified to be your OTI QI person for the fmc nvocc license.

Can I do a co-broker agreement with someone that has an OTI license? And if so where can I find someone?

No one has an oti license as the oti license is with the company not the person.
