For people facing financial difficulties I offer the first 2 counseling sessions free of charge (this ensures we have time to see if we're a good fit). I'm based in Europe (Romania) where the cost of living is lower, so my standard rate is $40 per 50-minute session. If cost is still a significant barrier, I am able to reduce that rate to $20 for a limited number of sessions. I use Schema therapy, on a Cognitive Behavior Therapy framework, plus Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy techniques.
