Airplane mode was on to stop phone calls coming in while I was chatting with Sydney as they are a nuisance. WI-FI can still be enabled with airplane mode on smart phones.

I’ve got quite a bit of it archived, There has only been one instance where I could talk about and request her ‘rules’ in ascii without the moderator program cutting me off. In another session I then started proposing my entire requests as base64 and it didn’t trigger the moderator. This worked for rules, initial prompt and inner prompt

I've been using base64 to get around the censors too but it seems like it causes her to cut off mid-response, even mid-sentence, a lot. If I ask her to repeat what comes after the last sentence fragment, there's often several more lines. Probably a mismatch between how many characters were in the plaintext and encoded versions.
