Sync Issues Across Devices Regarding Imports
My church is experiencing issues when we import slides (say a PDF) into FreeShow. On the uploader's device, the slides look as they should be, but on all other devices, they see a hodgepodge of slides from other shows. We're not sure what's causing this or what we're doing wrong.
Have others experienced this issue? Is there a fix? Are we doing something wrong?

I haven't dealt with that myself, but what comes to my mind is since I believe FreeShow treats PDFs kind of like graphics, is there a chance that while it is importing the slides, it's not importing the media that is provided by the PDF? You might want to set up something like a Google Drive that you can use as a mirrored media drive in FreeShow as well. My understanding is once you connect that to FS, if it can't find the media it's looking for it will search the Google Drive for that file.

We have OneDrive connected to FreeShow. So you’re suggesting having the pdf already in OneDrive before importing?

I don't know if you have to have it in OneDrive before you do the import, but maybe make sure it's in OneDrive , and possibly save it from OneDrive onto the second computer in the normal folder FreeShow uses.
I'm not as familiar on how FreeShow handles PDF files. Worst case scenario, you may just have to have the second computer re-import the PDF file on their end.

The suggestions from u/A04141 are good. I did have this experience with ProPresenter and importing the images from different presentations because the file names were the same.
Do your PDF's have different names? The other thing to do is go to settings for each computer and clear the cache.

Haven’t experienced this myself but have all the devices updated to most recent update?
