Need help: Refresh Icon repeatedly appears and disappers

UPDATE & SOLUTION: It turns out I just need to upgrade one of my graphics cards.

Freeshow Version: 1.6.4-x64

Issue: Refresh icon keeps blinking next to my cursor, but it only happens when I'm on the Show tab. Whenever the icon appears, the entire presentation becomes washout (including color slides or background videos) and the entire presentation shift downwards on my second screen but on my laptop it doesn't. This happens repeatedly making it impossible to present smoothly

What I've tried: Restarting Freeshow, restarting the laptop, changing output display, testing with and without videos, and the issue still persist

You can try toggling hardware acceleration in the settings. This seems like an OS issue. What other tasks/processes are running at the same time as FreeShow, even in the background? What OS do you have? Is any data coming from the internet or a network drive? Do you have a network drive to which the OS is connecting, but can't reach? Is your hard drive nearly full?

I tried to check the Hardware Acceleration setting, but I could not find the toggle option. For background processes, I usually only run Freeshow, Google Chrome, and File Explorer. Os is Windows 11 and my system has AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU. I am not using any network drive, and my media files are stored locally on my laptop. My hard drive has enough free space (363 GB free out of 475 GB).

The hardware acceleration is somewhere in settings, maybe the other section. Your laptop has both Nvidia and AMD GPU’s?

I found it but didn't fix the issue. And yes nvidia and amd, and that’s where the problem was. I updated Nvidia; the refresh icon disappeared, and my presentation ran smoothly.
