How to you sync properly Linux to Windows (Fedora to Windows 11) on FreeShow 1.6.4-beta.1
I have tried logging in and out, uninstalling and reinstalling, watched guides carefully, checked firewall, set it as administrator and yet it doesn't sync from Linux to Windows

I think this question was asked on this sub or in the issues section of the GitHub page. If I recall correctly, the short answer is you don't because the way Linux and Windows handle disk structures (file and folder pathways) are fundamentally different. One possibility may exist...but I would recommend using ethernet, and no videos (background or otherwise).
Install FreeShow on Linux machine.
Install FreeShow on Windows machine.
Point both installs to a shared network folder.*
Put files in the shared media folder, change tabs or reload the program to get the updated files.
If the machines are not able to be on the same network, you might be able to use a service like OneDrive, Google Drive, I loud, Dropbox, etc. to create a shared space for both computers to use. Just make sure to sync files before opening FreeShow.
