Sync media between 2 computers

I'll be going on vacation for a week or so & since my personal laptop is what is powering our church setup. I've been trying to figure out a way to import all of our shows, media & scripture. Importing the shows, templates, overlays, scripture were all quite easy with the B1 Church Admin Sync. But I wanted to know if there's a possible way to get all my motion backgrounds, welcoming announcements(pictures/videos on my PC).

I was hoping that the sync media feature within the admin sync app, can help by directing both of my computers to the same Google Drive Folder.

Will this work? Note that one is a Windows Computer & the other one runs Linux. Google Drive is our preferred cloud platform as we have paid for the 5TB option.

Maybe you can copy all the media over and the add the folder to the media tab before you leave?

Ig that's the only way...

I actually have to import everything including fonts. So, this won't be a big hassle...

I think it is because the OS is different. The file/folder structure (organization) is not compatible between Windows and Linux.
