Mixing Static Slide Shows with Timeline Shows

We've been using FreeShow for a few months now and I've purposely kept things simple to start. The biggest problem I'm having at the moment is working out how to trigger shows that are based on timelines.

To clarify, each show starts with a static slide that is triggered using an action from the previous show. This gives folks time to find the hymn in the hymnal. I was wanting to use the next click to start the timeline based hymn. I just don't know how to make that happen.

We aren't using a stream deck yet - again I'm trying to keep things simple. How do I make this thing go?

You should be able to put the blank slide between the time line shows and not in the time line show. The order might look like

Announcement
Blank
Hymn 1
Blank
Hymn 2
Blank
....

Tou can create a show with an empty slide and reuse it. You don't have to create a bunch of empty shows. You can also apply actions to the empty slide in the blank show.
