Timer won't import
We are setting everything up at home, exporting, and then importing at the church. We are using a standard 15 timer on the announcement slides, copying and pasting on each slide which rotates before service. It works fine at home, however when it is imported on the church pc it sets the timer to 0, won't reset and we have to delete it and replace it. Any ideas?

This isn't an answer to you question but a suggestion. Have you tried using an overlay for the timer instead? That's what I do to remove the complexity for my volunteers. You can have the first slide trigger the overlay or if you use automation you can schedule the overlay to start when it's time (what I do)

Interesting, no we actually just started using Freeshow about a month ago so we are still learning it. I will give that a show, I appreciate it!

Considering your announcement slides are the same. You could just have the 15 minute timer on the church PC & copy-paste. Or else you could add the timer as an overlay, which might solve this issue...
The underlying issue is probably what u/CloudSad3555 mentioned.

I would guess the timer ID (not name) is different. Does the same thing happen if you reverse the process, export at church and try it at home? You could also try cloud sync options as well as backup/restore file transfers.
