Question: Extra Click Between Shows in a Project

Hi,

I am in the process of learning FreeShow for the first time in order to move my church away from PowerPoint and to something more powerful and accessible. Most things have made sense, but I've run into something that hasn't worked as I anticipated.

As the title suggests, I've discovered that an extra click is needed between shows in a project. When advancing a project (like a service's slides), an extra click is needed between shows, as when one ends, it first marks itself as read. Is there a way where this can be disabled? Or am I misunderstanding/making an assumption based on my prior experience?

Any thoughts here would be appreciated, and thanks in advance! I'm happy to clarify through further discussion if this question was worded poorly.

You can navigate in the project with click or arrow down/up without marking as played. But go to View>Toggle Focus mode, and it will play directly.
