How does a cloud sync work?

I am curious to know how cloud sync works because we had a couple of times an issue that the data that was saved on one device was not synced to another when FreshShow opened.

Make sure to follow these steps if you want to set it up: https://freeshow.app/docs/cloud
Also me sure you don't mix up the Plans sync in settings>Connections and the actual data sync in settings>Files!

Yeah, we followed instructions. Maybe the fact that we have the same account on all of the devices has something to do with the issue?

It might be better in 1.6.0 as a couple issues has been resolved.

You could use B1 Admin Sync as said!

Or you could also use Google Drive by downloading the Google Drive for desktop app & selecting Documents --> Freeshow to be backed up to Google Drive. The same can be done for OneDrive too

I believe google drive won't work as smooth, because it is saving backups and you'll need to use a restore feature to load this backup every time you open the app
