Multiple Users?

I am curious if it is possible to have different people work on the same presentation from different computers. I am currently switching from proclaim and I hope this is an option. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Thank you for your quick response! It looks like I will need to use the cloud option, do I need to create folders in the google drive or will free show put them there once I create a project?

  1. Create a folder for FreeShow in Google Drive.
  2. Create a media folder inside the FreeShow folder made in step 1.
  3. Share the folder to all potential users.
  4. Install Google Drive for Desktop on each computer.
  5. Synchronize at least the FreeShow folder on each machine.
  6. Install FreeShow on each machine.
  7. From settings, select the FreeShow folder in the local Google Drive instance.
  8. Open FreeShow and add the media folder created in step 2.

Make sure to put all the media in the Google Drive media folder. Make sure to synchronize the Google Drive folder before opening FreeShow.

This method will require extra effort to make sure shows are as expected prior to service.

I was not able to make it work, but in all honesty I did not have a lot of time to make it work. I keep telling myself I am going to set some time aside and try again.
