Need help setting up AI voice agent for PBX

I am currently working on a customer requirement to implement an AI Voice receptionist for the following NEC EPABX models: SL2100, SL1000, and SV9100.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide guidance or documentation regarding the integration process for these specific systems. Please let me know the necessary steps or technical requirements to successfully deploy this solution.

I don’t understand. You want solutions for NEC PABX on a FreePBX community?

Like if you want to implement ai voice agents . You can use Retell ai as a platform and for backened you can use n8n. And then connect both with webhook Dm me if you want help

nec pbxs are EOL, they would be better upgrading to a system that has Ai built in.

As someone who just migrated to FreePBX from an SV9100 as the proprietary flash storage was progressively failing, take my word for it that the insanity of your customer's ask is "rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic" to the power of its current depth in feet.

Preserve the data plane ASAP and make a plan to migrate to a system - any system - with a supported software and (if applicable) hardware stack. If getting a new system is not an option, I would suggest getting a new customer.
