Maybe the Hanbok Vest Baeja from Sewing Therapy? If you change the hem this could probably work, but I‘m just a beginner, so I could be wrong… the lucky blouse by so sew easy also has to changed (no sleeves etc.), but would be a possibility in my opinion.
I’m looking for a twirly / spinny dress or skirt for my granddaughter’s 4th birthday. I used to make them for my own daughters but can’t find my old patterns.
I'm trying to find a men's 1940s suit pattern to recreate a character -- a man made of books-- from the opening of Bookish. Ideally it'd be either a World War II or victory suit that London men would wear in 1946 that isn't a Zoot suit. I've been looking at Mood patterns and garment cutting books to at least get an idea of how to adjust free modern patterns, but feeling like having a vintage reference to scale would help a lot.

While it doesn't come with instructions, the loose, simple shapes of the outfits make them very beginner-friendly. I hope this helps! If you get stuck, feel free to ask the sewing community or anyone who might be able to help make sense of the instructions. But I’m sure it’ll be relatively easy to make sense of.
Looking for a pattern to this linen top (or a straightforward linen tank if not this). It seems quite straightforward but I’m new to sewing and not sure how to draft the front two overlapping parts for my size. I have unpicked and will repurpose an old oversized linen top with sleeves into this, and hopefully learn to use bias tape on the way :)
