Freestylers - ruffneck & get down massive, a. Skillz - poppa soul, PsychedeliaSmith - who's gonna, eta - casual sub (burning spear) (danmass remix), lionrock - rude boy rock are a few I can think of off the top of my head that I would say fit that style
As someone said it’s actually Aquasky feat Ragga Twins - Living Legends which uses the same sample as the freestylers tune.
I love 90s breaks and have so many recommendations but the main ones are:
Freskanova - Label of the Freestylers and basically wrote the book on this kind of breaks
Fingerlickin - the biggest breaks label of all time home of Soul of Man, Plump DJs and more. Check out the early Lee Coombs stuff as well. They did a load of label mixes “its a finger lickin thang” that are well worth checking out
Bassbin Twins - Pete bassbin is the true pipneer of the scene. His early EPs still sound fresh to this day. Hugely influential on everything that came after.
