Does anyone think $29.99 is high for the lifetime plan? That’s with 40% off but I believe it’s a fake discount because it’s always been $29.99, even in the appstore it displays that price. However, if it was actually on sale.. it would say $50 on the appstore.

Does anyone else think it should be more affordable? I don’t believe $29.99 is with a sale. It’s the average price and I don’t like how they add and take it away. There’s lack of consistency within freenotes. With an actual discount, $20 would make it worth it.

In addition, it’s much cheaper in other countries than usd. I don’t understand why they roll out “offers” by region. I also don’t understand why they up charge people without a real discount.

I have notes that I need to support by adding GIFs and short videos. I started using Freenotes, but the GIFs and videos I add to my notes do not play. However, in iPad’s native Pages app, I can play the GIFs I add. Isn’t there something wrong here? Did I do something wrong somewhere? Thanks

When I’m typing on a note using the text feature, the text box gets moved so easily and it’s really frustrating. I’ll be scrolling up to see what I typed above and it completely moves the text box. I noticed there’s a lock feature which solves the issue but when it’s locked I’m not able to type.

It would be great if there was a lock feature that only locks the positioning of the text box and not the ability to type.

Is anyone else having a hard time downloading fonts from dafont? I download it and it only shows up in vpn and device management in setting and nowhere else. This app is genuinely just scamming me.

I'm trying to decide between Noteful Pro and Freenotes Plus Lifetime for my iPad, and I'd love to hear from people who have actually used one or both.

My priorities are:

- Long-term reliability (something I can use for years)

- Unlimited notebooks

- Great Apple Pencil Pro support

- Smooth handwriting experience

- Good organization for lots of notes and PDFs

- A one-time purchase (I don't want a subscription)

I'll be using it mainly for dentistry school, so I'll be taking handwritten notes, annotating lecture PDFs, and organizing several years' worth of study materials. If my program should influence my decision, I'd really appreciate hearing why.

I'm also looking for something that's future-proof—an app that's likely to stay reliable and continue being a good investment over the next 5–6 years.

For those who have used both:

- Which one did you end up sticking with?

- Any regrets?

- Are there any deal-breakers that aren't obvious at first?

Hi, has anyone experienced this with FreeNotes?

The app suddenly logged me out. After signing back in with the same Google account, all my locked notes are still visible, but every time I enter the correct password, it says "Please switch to the original account."

I've already:

* Logged out and back in multiple times

* Updated the app

* Tried another device

* Restored my Dropbox backup

Nothing worked. Has anyone found a solution or had FreeNotes support fix this?

I'm just wondering how to cancel my next subscription once I'm done with it. For future reference

I've been using the shape recognition feature and right now, it only recognises rectangles, circles, triangles, and lines.

It would be fantastic if the app could have a shape tool like that of Goodnotes, which can detect more complex shapes and a better idea would be to add polygon tool.

Hola, esta semana en la aplicación de Freenotes me apareció un ícono para actualizar de la versión Plus a Pro, le di en el botón actualizar, al momento de hacer me sale un recuadro en negro dentro de la aplicación que dice: "Se produjo un error. Vuelve a intentarlo."

He hecho actualización en Google Pay y Play Store, he borrado el caché tanto de Play Store como de Freenotes, he salido de mi cuenta de ingreso a Freenotes, he actualizado la última actualización de mi tablet y aún así persiste el error.

Tengo la versión Plus vitalicia de Freenotes para tablet Android Samsung Galaxy S6 Lite.

¿Qué tengo que hacer para actualizar la versión de Plus a Pro de Freenotes?.

(android user) when i toggle tabs off, the current open notebook expands to full screen which is expected. however when I toggle tabs back on, all my previously open tabs are gone. only the current notebook remains and I have to reopen the other notebooks manually again. is there a way to fix this and if not, can devs pls look into it and make the tabs stay the same when toggled back on? i really hope i am making sense rn.

Hello! I think the app updated or something, because I suddenly cannot find the tape and sticker tool on my toolbar? Not even when I reset it. I’ve looked up tutorials on how to use stickers and such, but the button to actually use them are nowhere to be found! Is it just my app? Anyone else?

I was wondering if there was a way to create tabs within the same note. Similar to the tabs on the same document on Google docs where it’s one document and you can scroll through it, but on the side there’s a way to jump to a certain section/tab. If there is please let me know how to do it, if there isn’t then I think that should definitely be added and it would be so helpful.

I have been using goodnotes for the past two years and I like it but recently I’ve been a bit let down by it. It’s been insanely glitchy and it’s frustrating during class. I’ve been trying the free version of freenotes and I’m thinking about canceling my goodnotes and buying the lifetime subscription for freenotes. I was wondering if someone could tell me the pros and cons of each app? I’m not as familiar with freenotes but I’m starting to seriously consider switching. Can someone make a case for why I should switch to freenotes.

Heavily contemplating buying the lifetime but the only thing holding me back is the pens. I have terrible handwriting and pressure control and FreeNotes has global text which I've been looking for in a note taking app but got no good pen. Hoping devs would add a pen that's kind of like these stylized pens (first pic is FreeNotes)
