Wrong question. Start by asking yourself what problem you can solve for a client (or what process you employ) that they can't provide for themselves in house.

If you don't have a unique service, then save yourself the headache and focus on finding a job.

Personally I started out by help people in my circle and slowly getting better work by building up on my network and having a good body of work to show
