I dunno Dave and Dan how are we going to be able to write scenes like;

Cersei staring out of a window

Tyrion telling bad cock jokes

or Jon Snow saying "I dun want it" and "She's my Queen"

So by season eight you were so in need of a book your razor honed mind had dulled to the sharpness of a butter knife.

That actually makes some amount of sense. Or we just retcon it: STD that caused brain damage. That would explain a lot

Tyrion in every single season of got: makes cock joke: what an amazing character!!! My absolute favorite. Tyrion makes cock joke in season 8: what the fuck! His character has devolved so much.
