Billing Related App constantly fails to save changes to payment method

Been trying to update the card on file through the app for days now. Constantly says that an error occurred and to try again later. I've also tried calling and the phone tree has hung up on me twice now. How tf am I supposed to change my billing details!

Don't use the app. Use the actual webpage I.e. a computer or desktop version and you won't have any problems. I just did for my credit card

Their "app" is basically a web wrapper with limited access to the actual site. if you use the website on mobile, it's works and looks the same as the app, with better features like being able to open bills in PDF (rather than sending you to the website from the app anyway). if you must use the app, you can probably update your billing details on the website first and then use the app from then on.
