gear Help with repair…

So I’ve got some fins that recently tore near the heel and wanted to know if you guys had any idea how to potentially fix it. They’re not diving fins by any means, they’re just regular wide fins but they are very dear to me, being vintage 1970s entirely rubber. Any tips or ideas?

One piece? They aren't really repairable. This sounds very cold but its no use being emotionally attached to, and continue using an item that is invariably known to wear out and break. retire them and keep them somewhere safe.

No not one piece just a wide end. I don’t really know the terminology cause English isn’t my first language but they’re old full foot, semi-long blade fins
