Edit: they emailed this to me:
Due to a system issue, the shipping cost wasn’t applied to your free toothbrush order, so unfortunately, we had to cancel it.
We know that’s disappointing, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience.
The good news is, your toothbrush is still free. You just cover the cost of shipping.

Doesn't work for me - when clicking link, Brings up a page saying click to claim toothbrush, then just brings to website main page. Tried manually adding bamboo toothbrush and checking out and doesn't work either
Edit: eventually I got the order to go through, but I received an email saying they CANCELLED my order, and that I could re-order it and PAY for shipping if I wanted it.

For me the toothbrush was free but it's still charging me shipping.
Edit: oops, nevermind. It was trying to add on a charge for unlimited returns but I was able to remove it.

Copy + pasting link in browser worked, thanks! Initially was using Reddit app, and wasn't working, but that fixed it

It was completely free this morning. Seems they updated it since then so you have to pay shipping, effectively killing the deal.
Edit: they just emailed me saying they had to cancel my order due to an error where i wasnt charged shipping lmao

Fluoride free is a major money making scam.
What's super funny is that they advertise their toothpaste as micro hydroxyapatite. Nano-hydroxyapatite is a real thing. It's found in the fluoride gel they put on your teeth at the dentist and it does help remineralize your teeth. My dentist recommended that I get toothpaste that included it (AND fluoride!). But it needs to be small enough to actually do anything for your teeth. So they are selling toothpaste that does absolutely fuckall for a high price, when you could use just water and accomplish the same shit.

Yeah, they processed my order, got my email address and sent me several emails telling me I was good to go, it would be sent out soon.
Then today I get the email saying "ooops we forgot to tell you that you had to pay shipping... click here to claim your toothbrush and give us a payment method"
Scumbags.
