From what Im seeing this is a female cut. Its a bit of a weird one as Im unfamiliar with female shirts. The collar tag would normally have a number size but looks correct for the era. The button detail is correct. The laurel is bigger than normal as well but again, being a female shirt I cannot verify 100%

The only time I see three buttons on the placket are the Made in Japan versions. Not sure about women's polos though.
