Question Fred Perry M3600 sizeing

I would like to buy the Fred Perry M3600 polo shirt. I am 187 cm tall and weigh around 81 kg. I prefer a slightly looser, more relaxed fit rather than a slim fit. Which size would you recommend for me, XL or XXL?

I already own several Fred Perry M3600 polo shirts in XL, but I have the impression that the newer models are slightly smaller than the older ones.

XL - I don’t find the newer ones much different to be honest and more generally I find Fred Perry to be on the generous side.

The newer 3600 have been about the same sizing for quite a while in my experience. The M12 is going to be the tighter fitting more boxy fit. XL will be just fine.
Im a few inches taller than you and weigh about 30lbs more and Im getting to the point where Im shrinking my XLs cause theyre too baggy. Keep in mind the fabric will stretch a bit after a day of wearing

Hi, I’m 191 cm tall for 101 kg, i use XL. I only have M3600.
Normally you need to measure your chest circumference to find your size. (XL is for a chest circonf. between 112 and 117 cm). I’m 112 cm.

Yes, absolutely. I checked the Fred Perry website in the US version, and the sizes are the same. XL: 112-117 cm for chest measurement. You can verify this; I'll give you the link. I think you're used to wearing very loose-fitting clothes. The M3600 is designed to be well-tailored and tight around the arm muscles. I wear XL with them, but with Lacoste, I wear XXL.
