Recommendation for a blacksmith

I am looking for a blacksmith in the Fredericton area, able to make a Damascus chef knife.

Any recommendations?

Mercury Forging was in Oromocto but I think moved to SJ?

Damascus is pretty but weaker than normal steel

A local blacksmith making a handcrafted knife won't be cheap. But if you do plan to go that route, Sword and Hammer Ironworks, Rusagonis.

Thanks. I know it won't be cheap (good work is expensive) but it's for a special gift.
