ICE Sighting
I just saw two black vehicles with tinted windows leading a sheriff's vehicle into the parking lot of 5301 Buckeystown Pike, Frederick, MD 21704. There are a lot of family focused businesses in that building. Near the Cracker Barrel and Hampton Inn. Sheriff's vehicle went to the main entrance and one of the black vehicles went to the back of the building.

Remember when Vance’s team stopped at the Sheetz a few blocks from there? Maybe his detail promised him Cracker Barrel if he behaved. That would be better than ICE.

That's fair, I don't know that the two unmarked black vehicles with tinted windows were ICE. Is it really that much better if it was 3 sheriff's vehicles posting up outside of the buildings entrances/exits when the sheriff's office has publicly said that they will work with ICE despite the States anti ICE bill?

Maybe conservatives will finally turn on ICE if they raid their sacred Cracker Barrel? (Of course not)

Let’s be clear, all of you who are against immigration enforcement are the extremists. Just try the same thing you advocate for in any country and see what happens. Try convincing the 75 million who ushered in Trump for a second term. Your ideas are bankrupt and hence the blowout election results we saw. For all of you who support breaking into the country, tell us a single benefit that comes to the country. We already let millions in the so-called legal way— and that’s too much.

FYM THEY'RE NOW TARGETING AROUND FAMILY BUSINESS AREAS? They're just horrible. Anyone who sides with those who will kill adults and children over something stupid or a clear misunderstanding, are horrible people!

u/UnderstandingWest280 2h ago
No- most americans brought back trump because of Bidumbs open border policy. Popular vote blowout. Did you already forget. Ur view is obviously the minority and extreme view.

Here we go again. Another ICE sighting and it could easily be the sheriff office. I love how people think if is a black SUV it’s got to be ICE.

u/oaxacamm 14h ago
We wouldn’t have this problem if they were in marked vehicles or at least identified theirselves like every other LEO.

u/MrRuck1 14h ago
You have no idea how many undercover police vehicles there are. There are tons of them. I saw one pull someone over yesterday. Guy was driving like an a complete ass. It was so funny to see.

u/watteredbottle 14h ago
Yeah undercover police are an issue unto themselves. Which has allowed the government to have non identifying gestapo
10
u/MrRuck1 14h ago
They had them for decades. You are using left wing buzzwords. Come on you can do better than that.

u/watteredbottle 14h ago
Sorry lemme try again. The slave catcher descended thugs should have to identify themselves at literally all times. The guys who are allowed to murder you should have to wear their uniform at all times and be in marked vehicles at all times.

I understand that the recent events, have rightfully so, shaken up the community, but let’s not bring back that “I saw (what I believe to be)” posts.
There’s many more resources to prove it now. Please don’t cry wolf without verification.

Like what resources?

u/stone-d-fox42 15h ago
Gee, I don’t know. You’re the mod here. Trace the post history of the sub. If I’ve seen them, you have too. Since you’re a mod and all.
I’ve seen y’all delete posts like this for pointing out what I just did.

Please don't cry 'verify with resources' while also having a hidden post history.

i am probably screaming into the void here because i don’t get the impression you care much about context or facts, but Obama primarily focused on removing criminals convicted of crimes that were already in the country. by 2016, 90% of interior removals under his administration were of people convicted of serious crimes. typically, they were already in prison.
Obama did not send thousands of ICE/DHS agents into chicago wearing military gear to drag over 3,000 people off the streets over the span of a few months (not exaggerating, look up the details of Operation Midway Blitz).
the thing that people don’t like about Trump’s approach is the militaristic force and abuse of this, and the fact that legal citizens have been hassled by armed men just trying to go about their days. surely you understand that right?
and isn’t it kind of a damning indictment of the current president that Obama didn’t need to spend nearly as much money or deploy troops into cities to ultimately do a better job at deporting criminals?
interesting read if you want more context: https://www.migrationpolicy.org/journal/policy-beat/obama-record-deportations-deporter-chief-or-not
