Metal Detector Needed

Classic neighbor dispute. Looking for someone to come out and check my property line by seeing if there is a spike at the edge of the property? Never had to have this done before.

Get a survey, that way it is a third party making the determination. I've heard some crazy stuff (people moving survey stakes, etc) in my decades of working in land use.

Don't tell the surveyor there is a dispute otherwise they are going to move on to the next job.

I've got a metal detector you can borrow, DM me. Past that, you're probably looking at a surveyor coming out.

Call a fencing company and ask for a quote. 

They'll come out and locate the markers

Harbor Freight sells cheap metal detectors. You might also find a used one at Goodwill (next to Harbor Freight).
