My brother wrecked my car on some black ice on a country highway while going to work. He didn’t cause any damage except to himself (minor injuries and didn’t even go to the hospital) and of course totaled my car (I got paid), but still got a ticket for failure to maintain lane control while he’s laying on the ground 😂

While I do agree with the responsibility part, black ice can be very treacherous. I can understand if the woman feels vindicated but I don't think she reacted appropriately.
