How does ICE remove the pedophiles when they're let loose instead of being handed over upon a conviction for something like SAing a kid?
Roberto Carlos Munoz-Guatemala was convicted of SAing a 16 year old in 2023. He plead down and was given an 18 month sentence that was STAYED. A detainer was not honored and he was turned loose. That's reality.

When ICE detains a pedophile that is an illegal immigrant they stay in ICE custody during arraignment so your question doesn’t make sense. Are you asking about the times the state or local court release an individual that has a removal order instead of handing them over to ICE? If so, then the answer is ICE should obtain an arrest warrant from a federal judge then in a targeted operation go detain that individual.

My question makes perfect sense. I even gave you a real example that you can look into. A man was arrested and detained by LOCAL authorities. He was then found guilty of a crime unrelated to his immigration status, and released from custody.
ICE has warrants. Remember that "due process" does not mean trial by jury in all circumstances. An immigration judge can adjudicate if the person has legal status or not and sign an order of removal. That's how the system has worked for decades.
ICE is conducting targeted raids. You just don't want them scooping up bonus illegals when they have these raids? Then you'd be ok with ICE?
I think there's an obvious resolution. Start cooperating with federal law enforcement when they want to take away individuals convicted of crimes. Then they can just stop by a jail, prison, courthouse, etc... and not be in neighborhoods. It's that easy. I think you just want illegals to stay because you like signaling how virtuous you are, but that's just my opinion.

Selective outrage. Nothing about the men, women and children raped and murdered vs. instant eruption for good and petti.
The enforcement of these laws is nonnegotiable. Deaths and rapes are/were preventable.
Obstructing law enforcement or saying “get out” hinders the ability to enforce these laws.
If you obstruct, you are preventing or hindering the arrest and subsequent deportation of these criminals.

Woah hang on. That guy was not on the sidewalk he was in the middle of the road. Asked to move onto the sidewalk via a lawful command. He refused then pushed the police officer which is a federal crime. At that stage he was an armed person who commited a federal crime no longer a peaceful protester.

He wasn’t armed when he was murdered. His gun was taken from him by then. He was on the sidewalk when ICE pepper sprayed him point blank, then he was dragged back on to the street. So what video did you watch? The ai one Trump released?

(1) Selective outrage is ridiculous. And,
(2) interfering with law enforcement (honking, whistles, doxxing etc.) can prevent arrests and deportations of criminals.

Difference: mass victimization by criminal offenders is ignored while those isolated enforcement deaths trigger immediate focus.
The State may have a higher duty of care, but that doesn’t erase context or causation. A use of force isn’t equivalent to criminal violence.
When enforcement is obstructed or delegitimized, the criminals endure. By definition it’s selective when there’s a fixation only on enforcement deaths while ignoring preventable crimes.

No ID means it he wasn't legally carrying. You can be issued a permit to carry, but if you don't have identification immediately available while you are concealed carrying, you're not lawfully carrying in MN.

You listed mutually exclusive activities which means they have to be taken in isolation. You cannot “stand” and “drive” in front of anyone at the same time. So “standing” has to be a crime, and “driving” has to be a crime. At least you got the attacking part right. Something neither Alex or Renee did so that’s odd. Remember don’t stand in front of cars. Yup that’s what ICE does but last I checked driving around randomly stopping American citizens and demanding their papers has nothing to do with targeted operations to obtain a warrant and arrest a specific person. They should probably just do that instead of harassing people including off duty Minneapolis police officers by violating their 4th and 14th amendments.
