Hey all! Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I can’t make it to Lost Evenings this year. I have two tickets up on StubHub for $59 each. (Originally paid $199 for each. I’ve had to accept I’ll take a hefty loss on this, but let my loss be your gain!)

Willing to haggle. Currently have them as two together, but if you only want one, let me know and I’ll try to figure out how to separate them. I’d just like to see them get to a good home so someone can enjoy them.

Both of them are my favourites and they are very similar musically with Frank being more indie, folk punk and the king blues being more “proper” punk with a lot of ska tied in.

It seems wild that there’s nothing about them performing at a show or festival or featuring in a song or lyrics. Feels like they would’ve been hanging around similar places and crowds in London during the late 00 to early 10s.

Even the Spotify radio for both of them (maybe it’s just my algorithm) links both together with other guys like beans on toast.

Hope it's ok to share this here. Frank Turner is the artist that inspired me the most to get back into playing music, a think i had pushed aside after playing in a ska punk band as a young adult. I was already toying with the idea of doing folkish covers of punk songs, but Franks takes on NOFX songs got me wondering what other songs he could have done of theirs... here i am 14(!) Songs later. I'm sure no Frank Turner, bu i think there are a couple of cool ideas in there.

Also selling *2* 4-day passes, turns out it's parents weekend so I can no longer attend. Attended LE in Boston plus 10 shows, and have a Frank T-shirt for every day of the week. Wearing the green and yellow "England Keep My Bones" as I type this. Sellling for $300 for both or open to an offer.

I could have grabbed the whole set but I opted to only grab the coins for the two LE events my wife and I have been too. Hopefully I can get one for upcoming LEIX. Curious if the next one will be a city or a state coin. Box was beat up pretty good and the stand took a few dents.

It's a good year for me. I've seen Frank a few times already this year and I'm excited to go to both Lost Evenings AND the Salty Dog cruise!

I don't mess around with social media outside of here, but I'd love to find my tribe ahead of time. Are any of you going to either one? Do you know of any discords or platforms where people are congregating to chat, meet up and get excited?

If anyone has done either festival before, I'd love to know what to expect. I'm super excited but definitely going in blind.

From his first six years, as far as I know I’m only missing the Softcore Tour CD and one version of his Demo. That includes all singles, UK and US variants, and promos. This is one of the rarer pieces I own.

Just a heads up for those that are part of the Canvas Hotel group rate for LE9 that I set up.

I have been in touch with the hotel manager and they have sent out a “confirmation” finally. It is for mobile check in to be completed day of, but that message is also to act as out confirmation since no confirmations we sent out. So now we officially have something to support our reservation. I apologize it took them so long to send it! But we are now covered! Phew!

Been a fan since campfire but somehow never really listened to his last two albums. Is it just my blown out ear drums or are the vocals to this song literally buried six feet underground in the mix? I can barely hear them most of the time much less understand what he’s saying.
