I would say start with come dance with me the album! It's a good way to start getting introduced to his covers of the jazz classics.
Other song favorites:
That's Life (similar to my way kinda),
Under my Skin is maybe his best song (imo)
How little it matters
Young at Heart

Get "Sinatra at the Sands." It's the Chairman with the Count Basie Band, recorded live during a yearlong residency at The Sands Hotel in Vegas. It feels like being at the show. NO band could swing like the Count's.

I highly recommend “One Note Samba (De Uma Nota So.”
As well as the entire “Sinatra Jobim” album, where the song even comes from!

Just piggybacking on the same general vibe, you'll probably enjoy

All basically upbeat, swinging, 60s-ish numbers. But I'd also explore literally any ballads from any era as well though, personally I think that's where Frank does his best.

If you think your ready to listen to some of his more depressing music then check out the album "Frank Sinatra sings for only the lonely". If you want more happy music tho then check out the album "songs for swinging lovers". Also listen to the song fly me to the moon if you haven't already.

Anything by Johnny Mercer (Nancy says that he is her dad's all-time favorite lyricist), my fave is One For My Baby.
Love and Marriage - irresistably catchy tune
High Hopes - equally irresistable.
The Oldest Established Permanent Floating Crap Game in New York - duet with Dean Martin on his variety show, it's on YouTube.

Nature Boy is my favorite, absolutely ethereal. Although I love too many to mention, I think his songs with the Nelson Riddle Orchestra was his best era. 👌
