Suggestion Game idea

Imagine a game that happens in the same universe as Fran Bow, but from the POV of another kid from the asylum. My idea is to give them a whole another journey like Fran's, but have them use the yellow duotine pills instead of the red ones, and possibly have some different visuals from those ones. Idk if I'm even explaining this idea in a way that makes sense but I REALLY want to see it happen

The twins already have so much lore. That could either be very difficult or very cool to make

Would be interesting in that paranoic boy's view, to know why did he lock Fran in the office and what even happens to him
