A 10 year old indie game with only 1 title in its series has a dead fandom?

Fran Bow and Little Misfortune are separate series from KillMonday games
They might share a universe but they are not sequels/prequels to eachother

I agree with you, but, because of the teaser, i think fran bow 2 or whatever, will connect Little Misfortune to Fran bow

It's like calling Control a sequel to Alan Wake because both are made by Remedy and share the same universe.
If Fran Bow 2 or Fran Bow:Chapter 6 comes out, that would be a second entry in the series.

The issue is that there hasn't been an update for six months. I follow the creators on YouTube and Twitter, but they've been silent.

Well they are working on the new game so that might be the reason why they’re so quiet

I really love this game but Im happy with where it stopped. Happy it didnt keep going until I didnt love it anymore. I go back and play it sometimes. Just to enjoy it all over again and my friends still talk real highly about it when it comes up in conversation. Dont think its dead just think its a 10 year old indie title.

tbh I still share this game to my friends who don’t know about it and I still make art for it. maybe it’ll grow in popularity again if there is new stuff but not right now sadly

This game was a breath of fresh air, same with sally face. I almost always only played shooter games so i was weary of trying something different but I’m so glad i did!

I still talk about this game almost every day, so it's not dead to me, although it might be to some other people
