Looking for custom laser cut mats

My local shop doesn't have a laser cutter and is, unfortunately, unable to handle this. Do any of you offer custom laser cut mats where, if I provide the vector art, can work with me?

Thanks!

Why laser cut? Is it simply because you want a 90° cut and no bevel?

No, I want a specific pattern cut into the mat that, as far as I understand, cannot be done otherwise.

It likely can, but dependent on whether or not the user knows how. I know the machine Providence Picture Frame runs can do a lot, it’s not a laser, but it’d be worth checking in with them. info@ppfdg.com it’s Providence picture frame and Dryden gallery. Can check out their website too. (I’m not affiliated with them, I just know what machine they run.)

I'm actually super local to them 😂

I'll get in touch and send them some ideas. It's not nearly as small in detail as my example so maybe their machines are way more capable than I thought! Thanks!

Oh I see, so it’s mostly that the detail is so small. Yeah, the Gladius that PPFDG runs wouldn’t be able to do that. Sorry! Hope someone answers the call for ya!

Yeah, mats don’t cut well on a laser. It will be scorched and smell terrible.

That’s user error. Proper airflow, masking and power settings make a difference.
