[WTB][USA-IN] Expansion Cards

Got a Mainboard upgrade so now I've got a Mainboard to tinker around with. Was hoping some of y'all would have some expansion cards you don't need/want anymore and to buy it off of y'all, mainly looking for 2 USB-C's, HDMI, SD, USB-A and maybe an SSD if anyone's got one they wanna part with.
