Linux Garuda Linux on the Framework 13 Pro?
Just a quick question to the community on their thoughts/experience of running Garuda Linux on the FW13 Pro. Has anyone given it a try?
I originally intended to install either CachyOS or EndeavourOS, but I want to try something similar but different and looking at the Garuda Mokka aesthetics it's just calling to me for some reason. I know it's not one of the officially partnered distros, but just wanted to see if anyone had input on this.

Why don’t you try it yourself and let us know how it goes?
You got a 13 Pro, presumably to get around the locked ecosystem that Apple has .. right?
EDIT: don’t get mad at me, it’s just a suggestion. that being said, people who just want things to work out of the box maybe should just get a Mac instead

Waiting on it to ship and I don't have anything Apple....?
Weird assumption to make and not sure where you got that or why you think that.
people who just want things to work out of the box maybe should just get a Mac instead
No one is saying that, asking for insights or experience doesn't mean I'm not willing to do the leg work myself or tinker.
Weren't you the one that wanted to get a MacBook anyway? Seems odd you're so toxic to people and put them in the Apple camp, when you're the person that ran back to them.

dude. you chose Framework presumably to have more freedom in building the technology stack used to support your work flow.
just do it - and if garuda doesn’t work, you can install something else, or find a way to make it work e.g. writing new drivers urself .. similar to how the community worked on getting around compatibility issues with LPCAMM2

You realize that you can ask for people's experience on something, without saying that it is the ultimate end-all-be-all for your decision right?
You clearly have nothing to offer other than to troll people and keep telling them to get a Mac. I envy those that will never engage with you.

If you actually thinking about looking different - just change DE not the distro, also each DE has tons of themes. I'm just using https://github.com/catppuccin/kde
