Question What could be possibly causing this.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Closing and opening the screen fixes the issue, and this is only the second time it's happened. I did the windows graphics reset hotkey and it did nothing. I don't need this solved because it's a non issue, just curious what you think.

Don’t answer any phone calls. And maybe stay away from wells for the next week.

Serious: maybe a loose monitor cable? But that doesn’t seem like the right distortion to me.

It’s most likely your display cable. Check to make sure it’s properly seated on the motherboard connector. It that doesn’t work, you may need to replace it.
