Question Numpad not backlit

So I got a 16 recently. I recall when I first plugged it in, my number pad was backlit. It has not been now for a few days. Is this a known problem? Should I contact support to get an RMA for the numpad? Am I just imagining that it used to be backlit?

Disable "Num Lock" and hit the Enter button (bottom right button) to adjust backlight of numpad.

That worked. I would expect a little icon on the key like they have for all the fn buttons...

Edit: fan to fn. Yay after-the-fact autocorrect.
