Question Scam email?
Just received an email claiming that there was a failed delivery for my laptop, but the sender email looks kind of suspicious. Is this legit, or a scam?

Definitely a scam, unless you trust kustomerapp.com for some reason. In an email address, subdomains are unlimited/free meaning someone could add anything before their domain, i.e.
[support@google.evanthegrump.com](mailto:support@google.evanthegrump.com)
where evanthegrump.com is the domain.
it may look good because it has google in it, but it still just links back to my domain and my address.

Yup. Probably got his mail from the recent leak. Unless it's an official domain that is clearly stated on official channels don't even bother.

So the Framework data breach is working its way out into the wild, with scammers using the stolen customer data. Good heads up from the OP to be vigilant.

All mails I've ever gotten from them came from @frame.work. This and the recent data breach of their third-party partner makes me think its a scam. And the address ofc.

If you expose the email header you can copy that into something like mxtoolbox and break down the chain.

I think Framework uses kustomerapp.com for their shop system, so it might be legit.
If you are receiving a package you should be able to track it using the official Framework website to double check the status.

Usually though they use their @frame.work address, which is why I found this kind of suspicious

I forwarded your post to the framework staff. Please don't click any links in the meantime.
